オリンパス(7733.T: 株価, ニュース, レポート)株が再び急落した。損失計上先送りを繰り返していたことが明らかになり、個人投資家などは同社が虚偽記載に問われて上場廃止になるというシナリオも視野に、パニック的な投げ売りを強めている。

　内視鏡など世界トップシェアの商品を持ちキャッシュフローも潤沢であることから、同社の「復活」をにらんだ買いを入れる投資家もいるが、不透明感が強まる中で、相場はしばらく荒れるとの見方が多い。

　＜個人の手じまい売り＞　

　８日の東京市場でオリンパス株は約２０９万株の売り注文を残しストップ安で引けた。寄り付きもストップ安であり、終日ほぼ安値圏で推移。売りたくても売れなくなる恐怖に個人投資家は投げ売りを強めている。「上場廃止も視野に個人投資家は損切りの売りを出している」（松井証券マーケットアナリストの窪田朋一郎氏）という。　

　また同社株は直近のデータで信用買い残が１９３２万株ある（売り残は１８４８万株）。突然の社長退任後に機関投資家の売りが広がったが、売り一巡後は短期売買目的の投資家が集中する「マネーゲーム」的な相場となり、信用売りが膨らむ半面で信用買いも増加していた。８日の株価下落率は２９％と追証が発生するレベルであり、信用取引の手じまい売りも出ているとみられている。

　東京証券取引所[TSE.UL]の上場規定によると、上場会社が有価証券報告書などに虚偽の記載を行い、その影響が重大であると東証が認めた場合は、上場廃止になる。これまでに、西武鉄道（当時）やライブドアなどが、有価証券虚偽記載（粉飾決算）で上場廃止になった。　

　東証は８日、オリンパスの株式を監理銘柄に指定するかどうかを決めるには追加情報が必要との見解を明らかにした。広報担当者がロイターの取材に答えた。先送りした損失の規模や、投資判断への影響を見極める必要があるという。

　　＜買収期待の買いも＞

　ただ売りが殺到する一方で買いが大量に入っているのも事実だ。８日の東証１部売買代金は約３６０億円と第３位だった。「上場廃止になれば株券はほとんど価値はなくなる」（準大手証券情報担当者）といぶかる声もあるが、リスク覚悟の買いもある。

　その理由のひとつは同社が優良な事業部門を持っていることだ。消化器内視鏡は世界シェア７割を有する。市場では「内視鏡からのキャッシュフローは年間１０００億円は期待できる。買収額としてはキャッシュフローの３倍が相場なので８日終値７３４円をベースにした時価総額１９９１億円は割安ともいえる」（準大手証券ストラテジスト）との声が出ている。

　きょうの寄り前では空売り注文が複数出ていたが、このうちオリンパスの朝方の発表を受け買いに回った投資家もいたという。前場の取引では寄り付いた後に、さらに別の投資家によるまとまった買いが観測されている。８日は一時安値から３４円高い７７１円まで切り返す場面があった。市場筋によると前場引け間際に６０億円弱のまとまった買いが入ったという。

　外資系証券の株式トレーダーは「セクター内では企業価値が高いので、今後どこかに買収されると考えても不思議ではない」と話す。

　オリンパスの２０１１年３月末の連結純資産は１６６８億３６００万円。発行済み株式総数の２億７１２８万株で割ったいわゆる解散価値は約６１３円となる。ただ虚偽記載の可能性が濃くなったことから、こうした「バリュエーションの投資判断はもうできない」（別の国内証券ストラテジスト）との指摘も多い。

the original Alice in Chains bassist who suffered a long battle with heroin addiction, was found dead on Tuesday. He was 44.
Starr's body was discovered at a private residence in Salt Lake City, but the cause of death remains unknown. "There is nothing to indicate that this was foul play by another individual," said authorities, according to The Guardian.

Shortly after the band's 1992 breakthrough album, "Dirt," Starr broke off from Alice in Chains midtour and was replaced by Black Sabbath bassist Mike Inez. Years later Starr admitted that his reason for departing was a growing drug addiction.

1. His death marks a second tragedy for Alice in Chains
In April 2002, Alice in Chains founding vocalist Layne Staley, who also suffered from a severe heroin addiction, died of an overdose at his home in Seattle.

2. He was "Celebrity Rehab" patient
In 2009, Starr appeared on the third season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" along with actor Tim Sizemore and Dennis Rodman. Despite the medical attention he received, Starr appeared to still be struggling with addiction.

Starr was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 17 in Salt Lake City. He was held on $20,000 bail.

　川染喜弘の演奏の最大の特徴の一つとして「言葉」が挙げられる。川染喜弘の眼に留まり、彼自身によって紙に書き留められた言葉が、一気呵成に発声され、発声された言葉たちは無秩序に接着していく。それは、言語によるコラージュ空間の創出であると僕は考えている。川染喜弘は自分自身が発声する言葉の全てがリリック（詩）であると定義する。文脈を無視して発声される川染喜弘の言葉は、具体詩の一種であるように僕には思われる。これを（１）としよう。
　また、川染喜弘自身によって発見されることがなければ誰も発見しないような些細な言葉を、彼は芸術的な言葉として使用する。それは、例えば、彼の母親が放った発言であるとか、コンビニエンスストアに書かれていた落書き、ポストに投函されていたチラシに書かれている文章といった、本当に些細な言葉たちだ。落書きを例にとると「何よりも大切な水、でも命の方がもっと大事」という言葉が使用されたことがあったが、彼はそれが川染喜弘のリリック（詩）であると宣言し、何度も繰り返し発声していった。これを（２）としよう。

　コラージュとはどのような性格を持っているのか。中ザワヒデキの『西洋画人列伝（NTT出版 2001年）』の中から、ピカソとデュシャンの記述をそれぞれ見てみよう。（この本は芸術家の自伝という形式を取っているため、「私」と書いている場合は、ピカソやデュシャンの一人称である）

　対象を断片にまで破壊しつくした過程は「分析的キュビズム」と呼ばれ、その極限では観念も記号化されて印刷文字や数字の導入と相成った。そして1912年、最初のパピエ?コレとコラージュを行った。パピエ・コレ（紙による糊づけ）は木目模様の紙からギターの形を切り出すなど、画材の拡張であったが、私が発案したコラージュ（糊づけ）は新聞紙の切れ端でガラス瓶を表してもよく、いわば、異質な物質同士の出会いによる既成概念への揺さぶりだった。
　現実世界でグラスにビールを注ぐとき、グラスとビールは「コラージュ」している。これをキャンバス上で行えば、画面は「もう一つの現実」となるだろう。（『西洋画人列伝』ピカソの項より）
　レディメードとは、主観はおろか、偶然性すら加味されない完璧な引き算の達成だった。最も有名かつスキャンダラスなレディメードは、1917年の『泉』である。男子用小便器を横に寝かせ、アングルの名作と同じ題をつけたのだ。
　これはキュビストが行ったコラージュの、概念における帰結だった。「便器の形をした物体（オブジェ）」と「泉という芸術的な題名」を「糊づけ」したのである。便器がトイレに置かれたまま芸術になったわけではない。「便器から便器という意味を剥奪し、芸術という文脈のもとに提示することが、芸術となった」という、自己言及を含む論理命題である。自己言及は同語反復を招くから、結局ここから芸術の語の無意味が導かれてしまっている。（『西洋画人列伝』デュシャンの項より）

　川染喜弘の手法と結びつける時、ピカソの項目で書かれている文章は（１）に適しており、デュシャンによるレディメードについての文章は（２）に適している、と僕は考えている。
　川染喜弘の発声によってコラージュされる言葉はそれぞれ異質な文脈から引っ張りだされ、衝突している。彼の演奏は、コラージュによる既成概念の揺さぶりの連続が、あまりに高速で行われるために逆に解りにくさに繋がっているという部分も見受けられる。だが、彼によって作られたリリックを全て聞き取り、処理することができたなら、聞き手は無理矢理繋げられた言葉や概念の異様な形状を体験することになるだろう。
　川染喜弘によって芸術的言語として引きずり上げられる言葉は、デュシャンによって芸術の文脈に置かれた便器のように機能すると僕は考えている。詩ではないものを詩として提示した前例として、モンティパイソンのコントがある。コントでは「来週までに１０ペンス貸してくれ」という言葉が、芸術史上、過去に例のない美しい言葉として扱われ、それが文芸批評家に絶賛され、演劇として上演される様などが展開される。モンティパイソンのコントはギャグとして優れていると同時に、ある批評性も兼ね備えている。コントと音楽という違いこそあるが、川染喜弘による言語の再発見はモンティパイソンのこのコントが持つ面白さに近い、とも僕は考えている。

　川染喜弘は「音で韻を踏む」という活動を一時期盛んに行っていたこともある。これは言葉で韻を踏むのではなく、同じ言葉でありながら性格の違うものの、それぞれの音を韻として捉え、繋いでいくという演奏だ。例えば、川染喜弘の過去の演奏の中で、トータス（亀）松本という歌手の声と、ゲームの中で亀のキャラクターが踏まれる時の音が繋がれたことがある。その二つの音は、全く異質な音を持っているが、彼によってそれぞれの音の解説がなされるとき、二つの音が同じ言語（この場合、亀）によって記されている存在が発している音であることがわかる、というものだ。
　川染喜弘は、テレビゲームを投影しながら、表示されるメッセージ画面をひたすら高速で朗読するというスタイルを取ることもある。テレビゲームというものが持つ一種のノスタルジーはそれほど重要ではない。僕はこの行為を、ゲーム画面を楽譜と見立てた演奏行為であると考えている。（テレビゲームの画面は、楽譜の役割を果たすと同時に、ゲーム用に組み立てられた自動演奏が流れてくる音のオブジェでもある。）同様に、彼は漫画やチラシの文面など、ありとあらゆる言葉をもとにヴォイスパフォーマンスを行う。もちろん、思いつくまま自動初期的に言葉をつなげていくラップも展開する。

　僕は、演奏行為というものを記号を身体性でもって解放していく行為だと考えている。西欧音楽では五線譜に書かれた音符こそが楽譜に書かれた記号であり、演奏者はピアノなどの楽器を演奏して、記号を解放し音楽という運動体を現前させてゆく。
　川染喜弘の楽譜を少しだけ拝見させてもらったことがあるが、そこには大量の言葉が書き込まれていた。その隙間を縫うようにして、さらに言葉による注釈が書き込まれていた。川染喜弘にとって、音符の役割を果たしているものは言葉である。
　言語学者ソシュールの定義に従えば、言語とは記号であり、記号のシステムである。川染喜弘の楽譜とは、言語という記号が羅列された指示書である。彼の演奏には発声という身体性が常に発生している。そこには言語を「書かれているもの」から「発話されるもの」として解放していく川染喜弘の営みがあると僕は考えている。
　発声されることによってコラージュされる言葉。発声されることによって意味を剥奪される言葉。発声されることにより音を持つ言葉。川染喜弘の言葉による演奏にはつねに言葉との衝突がつきまとっているのではないだろうか。それは言葉同士の衝突でもあり、言葉と身体との衝突でもあり、記号としての言葉と発話される言葉との衝突でもある。

The Japanese artist Ryu has published music on the net label Dark Winter already under different guises. I straddled the fence on the last release and remained neutral. This time he cooperates with Bunk Data / label boss Nathan Larson under the guise of oVdk. The former has a similar history of abract music and soundscapes and I was reasonably enthusiasic about his latest work.

Seeing that the theme of this album is "Discourse Of The Other", it should come as no surprise that distorted vocals, singing, and ghostly snippets of conversations have again been mixed into the music. The first three songs form a shimmering and ever-shifting soundscape of drones and dark ambient. The last two songs also fall in this category. So far so good, but what really got me going was the addition of ethnic influences on "Why Not Sneeze Kangrinboqe?" and "Flight Of The Yameil Jyuravli". Those familiar with the work of Ulf Söderberg / Sephiroth or the artists on the Finnish label Aural Hypnox will know how effective this can be. The first mentioned track delivers dark soundscapes that border on the chaotic and unnerving due to samples of Asian rituals (unfortunately I am unable pinpoint it much more exactly geographically) and blaring outbursts of traditional horns. But my personal favourite is "Flight Of The Yameil Jyuravli" that quickly weaves itself around hypnotic (Tuvan?) throat sining and possesses a slow, repetitive structure that manages to be both utterly dark and oddly ethereal. As far as I'm concerned, this is really where oVdk and Bunk Data shine and produce a track of unsurpassed beauty.

"Discourse Of The Other" has become a successful exercise in otherwordly soundscapes and I would recommend it on the power of the hypnotic "Flight Of The Yameil Jyuravli" alone.
